The dress is inspired by a number of Callot Soeurs and Worth dresses I saw in Ye Olde Fashion , OMG That Dress! , and the Met . Accessories from The Three Graces , and 1860-1960 . The tux is based from pictures I saw in the Costume Gallery and the Black Tie Guide .
For the format, scans of old issues of Gazette du Bon Ton from The Costumer's Manifesto helped a lot.
