Description
This is the 95th piece in my Industrial Heart collection, entitled, Ollendorff.

Like most of my Industrial Hearts, this piece starts with an anatomically correct human heart made from polymer clay - the base. With all of the components of a real human heart, it has also been made to look metallic and Industrial with its panelling and rivets. Gears, metal findings, and other various things are also added.

The entire thing has been antiqued with black acrylics to give it an aged and used feel. As always, there is a stainless steel loop in the back which will be attached to a keyring style jump ring and strung onto a necklace.

This particular piece was not made for a specific person in mind, but was made exclusively for Fan Expo 2010. Sometimes I find fabulous rare gears in my little gear collection, and this heart features one from the Ollendorff Watch Co. I loved it too much, so it had to be the center of attention as the focal point for this heart.
