She's Mirai Kuriyama from the new anime of Kyoto Animation called Kyōkai no Kanata (still not released)
I really love her design, she's soo cute and has an adorable messy hairstyle! (◡‿◡✿)

So lovely! Gah I can't even remember if I commented on this yet. //lazy. It's so perfect and sweet looking. I see lots of this character but I don't watch/read the anime . The shading you did on the hair is really nice! I admire the subtle curve of her chin and those lips!! The background fits so well and you drew the outfit so nicely too! gahhh just great job overall LOL. All the little strands of her hair are so pretty.

Thanks, I know what you mean but I made this drawing when the anime wasn't released yet.

The way you drawn her, even though it's a static pose, there is a sense of something impending, about to happen.  It's the eyes and the the way the hair is fanning out from her face.  It's quite remarkable.
