wtf dude u cant use other ppls work as part of your own just like that, u gotta ask them for permision first and then atleast give them credit for it in the description, and yes i DO mind u using my work as yours, so please don't.

You did´t visit my gallery right?
If you had visit it you wouldn´t charge me stealing other peoples work, I´m not just using some photoshop filters on a picture and then cll it MY WORK!
Apart from that what do you think I did?
Asking you for a cup of tea? I asked you for permission!
And I DO NOT use your work as mine.
I would have just use it creating some sort of background compared at least with over 20-50(!!!) other picture!
I alienate them so much that every Judge in the world would´t consider them as your work anymore!
So you even wouldn´t have recognized and by the way...where did you get the planes of "fly away" from?
Is that a picture you took by yourself???
So before you judge next time take a look on what you are talking about.
..if you don´t want me to use, fine, I respect that, although I even wouldn´t have to...but I do care, that´s why I asked you!

I did visit your gallery, and in neither of those deviations i looked at i saw any credit to any other artist than to the actual model, and i presume you didnt make any of the backrounnds or the techy stuff that u blend in with the photo either..? I didnt point at u takin my work but other artists. Maybe u've got permision from them, i dont know, but nevertheless ur takin the cred for it when uploading it to your gallery.
And why the fuck do you wanna use my work it if no judge in the world would reckognize it, why not just make your own then since its not gonna look the same anyway..? There are some artist on DA that has stock-accounts, and one purpose of those accounts are so that other people can use their work in their own, for example photomanipulation or vector art etc, but to ask permision to use regular artists works in your own is quite rare, atleast for me, and so thats why i reacted like i did. Didnt mean to offend u, just give ya a little heads up^

And for the record the plane photo i used was shot by my father at arlanda airport in stockholm where he works. I gave him my camera to take some plane shots, so dont bother me with ur lessons.

Well, first of all I didn´t want to teach you lessons,
the only reason I mentioned the thing with the airplane is because I wanted to point out was that for my understanding it wouldn´t have been neccessary to credit the owner of the picture because his work in the original shape isn´t anymore, and you´ve created something completely new with it! (I´m not sure I said that understandable because english is not my native language and I´ve got real problems to explain this to you)
I do collages, I collage amny pictures and put it togehter to create something new and I never said I did do all the parts on my own... but it´s not possible for me to credit all the pieces of art I used parts of (and I only used PARTS of pictures except one time and there I credited and asked the artist of the backgrounds!) or do all the stuff on my own!
I saw many "offline" collages in museums and galleries that used pieces and cut-outs of other pictures but I never saw them crediting all the artists and photographers of the work they used as far as I know, so why is that a problem if I do t digital? I do use stock pictures and ask 98% of the artists for permission but as I said I can´t credit 20-50 people because I used parts of their pictures!
Apart from that I flipped, changed, painted and so on every single picturepart of them for many hours so I don´t really feel like I do taking the credits of the skills of other people... but if you visited my gallery and still think that I steal other peoples work I might be wrong and if you are right... and if I do, I´m violating copyright law and I will have to remove my entire gallery immediately...thats a serious thing for me, because I don´t want to harm anybody and thats why I feel very offended by you right now!
So I will stop making collages and remove my gallery until I´ve asked a lawyer about that...
