“Once upon a time, Enkanomiya was known as "Byakuyakoku."”

A ref for one of my main ocs! Rei is a genshin impact oc themed around enkanomiya and the floating manta rays that can be seen there while exploring. Rei lives on watatsumi island and has a serious demeanor. She is constantly going in and out of enkanomiya, trying to record her ancestor’s forgotten history. Rei uses a bow and wields a cryo vision that she got when she solved the puzzles around enkanomiya and gotten stuck down in the abyss amongst the ancient ruins of Byakuyakoku. She was eventually saved by a floating ray that flew her back up to the portal to enkanomiya and onto watatsumi island.
