WOAH- It's been awhile, and I really like this new submitting layout.( I was going to type outlay, and then thought, "wow that looks wrong" ) LOL
CIRCLES ARE SO HARD.

I couldn't make the background transparent sadly because my computer is messing with me. OTL
It woulda looked like a nice bubble with the girl inside in her own little world~ But nooooo, LOL
It still turned out okay right? xD

well, I think the coloring on this one came out really well, but I am not sure how much that means to you because I always say that every time you submit something ^ ^ but that really says how much I love your art and how much I enjoy it every time you upload something. And you really do improve every time
