Description

Do you know that feeling when you've been working on something for so long that you lose all perspective and have no idea whether it's any good or not? I have reached that point. I don't know. If you can think of a way to improve it, please let me know.

This was originally a photo of a candle. The candle is transparent with bubbles in it (- yes, I have some weird stuff in my house ). Anyway, I was messing with it and after the inevitable twirl test, it started to look at bit sci-fi. I am now proclaiming it to be a black hole (the wick has conveniently become a jet ) which is consuming poor, defenseless bubbles whose only wish in life had been to enjoy a bit of an aimless wander through the universe before popping.

Like I said, please tell me what you think. Bear in mind that this is my first foray into this genre and, as always, I have no clue what I'm doing.

[edit 21 hours later: Well, it looks quite different now and I am much happier with it. Overall much lighter, hence the move to the Light category. I would still love to hear your comments/suggestions...]
