created Queen Selene. This is her character. I just drew it for her contest.

I had been planning to draw and submit a drawing of Neo Princess Helia, but I didn't quite like how it turned out, so I decided to do another character - Queen Selene.

This one turned out....okay...for me. There are some things I don't like about it, but I'm overall satisfied with it. I hate the background though. >.<

But I still hope you guys like it.
