One of the landscape photos I shot when I was on our camping trip last weekend. We went dirt-biking in the middle of the desert and the day before yesterday we rode a trail with some crazy ridiculous switch-backs up to the Eagle's Nest. Which yes, as you can probbaly guess is a giant eagle's nest nestled in some giant rocks off to the right of where this picture was taken.But scenery like this is what I really enjoy about dirt-biking. Once you get to your final destination, every which way you look is a different work of art in scenery-and it doesn't take hours to get there like hiking does
Your choices of where to go on a dirt-bike are pretty endless and I thoroughly enjoy it 
It may not look that high up but those tiny stripes down there? Yes, those are roads
And we were up so high it started snowing o.0 and I did get run off the trail by some jerk speeding up the mountain when we were all going back down *_**ehm* Anyways...enjoy!

This is actually a 3 hour drive away from us {in another state}, though I guess that's California for you

Haha, you'd have to drive hours and hours and across multiple states to reach mountains and the Gulf of Mexico ain't pretty, trust me. But that's the good ol' South for you. xD
Although, believe it or not, the swamps and marshes around here are incredibly beautiful at times. It's just difficult to reach the prettiest parts to take pictures of, since they're so far in.

Yes I have been to the South though I wasn't as into Photography back then!!
And I've never been to a swamp before!! -That's something I've never seen in CA anyways!! I've seen pictures though and definitely want t go to one someday 
And ah, that's hard! Maybe you need to have somebody...make a bridge across the whole thing! Then you could take pictures from the very middle *_* That would be cool!

Haha, that's a good idea. They do have swamp tours around here, maybe I should bug my dad to take me to one. They go pretty far in. xD
We actually own quite a bit of swamp on our property. I guess you could say it's part of my backyard. xD
