okay okay okay so first of all

I love the insanely dramatic and colorful bat character xD (aka Eiko? I'll try and use names in this one.. forgive me if I misname anyone)
In fact they all look like devious badasses (especially Megan, as far as the "devious" part)
I think the lighting coming down with the little sparklies adds a nice effect, and compositionally I think the whole thing feels solid. In fact I think it creates an appearance of a "bond" of some sort between the three, making them thus seem more intimidating to face in battle. I think, though, it would have been better to just have a black background, or maybe some kind of vague, ethereal sort of patterning instead of a watermark of the 3 characters...
but I dunno. That's hard to say. Play with it if the idea appeals to you

The shading on all of them is really weird, however ...... I do this a lot too, and it's easy to forget, but make sure you stick to your light source (or sources)! Unless you're making some intentional point of weird shading ... but I don't think that's the case here.
anyway you have spots where, for example, you have two legs shaded, but on one of them the shadow is facing TOWARDS the big white light... (like on Lavender's pants) and so on and so forth. I think you can figure out where this is occurring (make sure to keep in mind distance from the light source and intensity of the light source and all that good stuff too)
Also, although it would be hard to do this without obscuring too much detail, I think?, Eiko's whole front would be much darker, and then just a glowing outline along the edges of her body, where the light hits ... I think that would be both more effective and more realistic. (actually it would more likely just be a silhouette because of the brightness of the light and where she's positioned, but obviously that wouldn't work for what you're doing here)
So just try and keep that in mind ... even if you didn't intend for the big white light to be a main light source, essentially everything but the shading is indicating it should be, so visually it just makes a lot more sense if you flow with that

Again, I really like the coloring and the tiny tiny textural/pattern details (like the subtle cross-hatching on Megan's angel-wing, or the tiny dots on Eiko's wings, or the stripes on Lavender's tie, and so on ) Although some of the coloring around Eiko's face and shoulders has little white spots showing through? So watch out for that
And I think Megan's hair looks all a bit plastic-like .. it could benefit from some of that texturing I described in the other critique

It seems like, again, you have inconsistencies in limb thickness and shapes, also -- Eiko's shoe fronts are totally different shapes for example, and the fur marks in her left ear is a lot more blocky than the other ear. However, I do like her hands, even though they're not 'erfect', but I think .. they just look really good so how. And also, I don't know why - and I know this contradicts what I said before about shading - but somehow I think you shaded her boobs really well xP And the little bits of clothing in front of them. Just by itself, it somehow looks quite realistic to me, as far as this kind of stylization can be, anyway.
Also, Lavender's front foot seems way too bendy/floppy; maybe try using foreshortening on it instead of just making it stretch out and down... if you understand what I mean??

But uh, as far as the fists go -- for the fist facing towards us, the thumb would be visible across the fingers. For the fist she's holding up, the thumb would cross most of the fingers and would start bending lower. If you make a fist you'll see that your fingers sort of nest into your palm and curl against your thumb, instead of pressing next to it like you've drawn. lol sorry, it's so hard to describe anatomy

As far as Megan goes, the back shoe should be more rounded, again to stay consistent with the shape of the front shoe, which I think you did well
Oh! and I think you did the curviness on her skirt pretty well too I also know rather little about properly drawing clothing, but it still looks very ..clothy to me, and light and whatnot, so .. good job
Her wings, though I again love the texture/color on them, are really weirdly placed. They wouldn't both be sticking out in the same direction that way, for one -- the bat-wing would foreshortened towards the viewer and would probably be lower (otherwise it looks like it's higher up on her shoulder blade than the angel-wing..). the angel-wing could also use more feathery texture (maybe just some lines to delineate where feathers would be), and uh...

yeah
I guess that's about it on this one, though again I do like it It's quite neat
