I'm no Mmy fan, and am one of those who was glad to see him go--I've always thought Jhonen meant him to represent all those fans who think Johnny is "so cool, 'cause he kills people!" That might just be me, though.
You clean Jimmy up pretty well, though--and this could very well represent Jimmy's idea of how the whole thing should have gone!
