as first - thank you, I´m glad you like it
and second - yes you have right ... fortunately my local zoo will stop it for some time, because the female is quite young and she had three litters already ... zoos should stop it, but they will not, because white tigers are something unusual and they always entice more visitors (and more visitors = more money for zoo) and especially if they have little fluffy cubs with BLUE eyes - "they are soooo cuteee" ... this is only marketing, unfortunately

It's sad that the zoo has that stance on the topic. Most zoos that are accredited in the United States are not allowed to breed white tigers, even if they do bring in more visitors because it's considered irresponsible from a conservation perspective. A true zoo will focus on breeding genetically-stable animals which can contribute to survival plans.
