I cut them out by hand. and then laminate them. I use thick paper, so it's really hard to cut them perfectly, but I try to do it so nothing get's lost. :3

Love the wind-blown feel of her hair and dress here, with a modicum of diabolical feel in her icicle eyebrows and expression... The smooth gradation of her robe (more visible in the photoshots of the keychains than the original CG here) is lush and adds an etheral flavour to the outfit's texture. Great job!
...and yes, she is pretty indeed.

This was my favorite episode just because of its ridiculousness. My friend almost didn't watch it, but when he did he actually said that the Ice Queen actually was a more threatening character than the Ice King.
