This is just breathtaking.
The blue obviously represents society, trying to feel free in a grey, depressing environment. The mask represents how humanity is faceless, and unable to truly be free.

This is great ^^ I loved the blastwave comics. If you want a bit of critism though: The feets does not stay in place. They slide a bit. They should be stuck in place for it the animation to look excellent. At least thats what my animation teacher would say. Also This is great ^^ I loved the blastwave comics. Also he doesn't seems to go far and high enough for the push he gives himself. I didn't mean to be party breaker, it's just that I'm a 3d student and those are things my animation teacher pointed out as frequent errors. "The difference between a good animation and a GREAT animation."

Yeah this is actually a "panic render". I was in a 3d school too learning all this stuff and I did this as a project for a course we had. I planned out a roughly half a minute video with a few more characters. I set learning cloth physics as my personal goal as the assignment was basically just "make a project with character animation in it". In the end I couldn't get any of that cloth stuff to work (see its like flowing in slowmo and going through his legs!), and when I was slipping with my schedule I cut a bit too many corners, leaving the rig a kind of a mess. So this thing is what I did in a few hours to have something to show at the end of the class instead of what I was trying to do
