Description
The reptile in his mind hungers, after having seen the softer fleshed one it abandoned the hard meat of the reptilian humanoid and went after her. Instantly it found how difficult it was to slay her, but its hunger kept it moving. Knocking her into the water proves advantageous, and at such close quarters she can't move the blade properly. Nearing quick it closes the distance opens its jaws wide and clamps down on the prey's shoulder. she lets out a cry and the creature tears a chunk of meat away. much softer, better tasting. sweeter. now it roars and attacks with further ferocity. blood. blood. kill. kill. all it can think and all it can react to. it wants this one and it will have this one. it will.a pic of helen vs spiderman's the lizard. at close range she's at somewhat of a disadvantage and the lizard has tougher skin then a yoma and is unpredicatably fast and savage. at least he's not gigantic though this can prove as much a disadvantage as an advantage for helen. chose to draw these two after seeing some lizard fan art and just haven't drawn helen in awhile. so here ya' go. also for the challenge with the theme trapped.

actually, that's helen. the stretchy limbs are what identify her here. otherwise she's really close in appearance. but there are plenty of clare pics here too.

have you read the spiderman stories where lizard feels himself cornered and enters a blood frenzy? he doesn't quit. and I forgot about the drill sword, that is a close combat technique isn't it? even without it I'd probably place my bets on Helen, though I'd think she'd still find the lizard unusually tough. what is unexpected about him is how useful that tail is. and it hurts like the dickens when it connects.

Considering Helen battles high-level AB:s on a daily basis (remember the insanity of the latest chapters?) I think she will be all right. She only needs one hit with the drill.

true. just saying you can't underestimate the lizard. he's one tough critter. but all in all I place my bets on helen, and not just because of her beauty. and with the drill that I forgot the lizard has little chance unless he can gain control of his mind to revert back to connors and even then he may actually ask her to kill him. so helen wins no matter what, unless her softer side takes over when he reverts and it goes backwards and he kills her in his animal savagery. it's happened to other characters.

actually i don't generally think about that. I generally think about the fact that they're greatly skilled. like lovely irene for example. you'd consider yourself lucky in a fight if you could impale her. they just aren't easy to hit.

not hardly, helen is one of the easier ones. and as you just pointed out I forgot about one of her suped up close range attacks. yeah, impale a claymore? learn to impale a mob boss first and you may be getting there... jeez, might as well go up against the x-men, but the claymores are better looking, and no guys. course they may kill you too-were the x-men won't.

I'd like to see Helen drillsword Wolverine. Her drillsword could mess up even Isley pretty bad, but Wolverine has that annoying healing factor...

wolverine has priscilla type healing factor. question is, after they realize he's not an awakened being would they still fight him? he isn't crazy and bezerk like the lizard or the hulk. course' if Helen drill swords him I'm sure he's going to be real pissed at her. she'll have to make it up to him with a round of drinks. one thing they share in common, alchohal.
