Description Grumpy Bear and Cheer Bear did a good job for making a super power item to me, Magic Power Star.

This super power item can do everything.

If the evil Grizzle using this (if he stealing sometime), it never works.
It gives him to be weak, dumber and also can make him confused. Nice way against the BAD GUY(S).

It only works for me and the Care Bears with Care Power.

The Care Bears made that for you? It looks really cool. The Care Bears gave my OC (Claire) a bracelet with charms that looked like the Care Bears' Tummy Symbols (Belly Badges, whatever term you want to use). When she rubbed the charm she would be taken to the Care Bear that had that Tummy Symbol (like if she rubbed the charm that looked like Cheer's tummy symbol then she would be taken to Cheer). She doesn't have a charm for Oopsy Bear though, because he doesn't really have one...
