One of Kitara's friends,Β Robin the Beagle dog, does a funny impression of comedian Rodney Dangerfield.This character is pretty inspired and based up on and named of the world's funniest comedian and actor Robin Williams.
And also inspired by Genie from Disney's ALADDIN.
