I disagree. In my opinion, this shot is made because of your selective focus and wide aperture.
How fast of a lens do you have??? Very cool composition with the flashy umbrella in the background and such sharpness in the raindrops.

Nice shot, but I think this would be nicer if something else where in focus besides just two chairs, if possible.

Disagree too. Look at the people in the background. How many are they ? And look at the chairs in the foreground. How many are they ? Eheh.
