I thought it was funny when, after the song came out, Polaroid had to put out a press release telling people NOT to shake their pictures. Apparently, too much shaking causes (well, "caused") image distortions.
Fun fact: the camera in this strip uses older peel-apart film, which needed ample drying time, and thus actually did benefit from The Polaroid Shake.

I miss the automatics, digital is Nice for Light Painting and action shots, but I never print my average everyday photos anymore
