Doooone, here is the finished version of the line I posted few days ago... wah, I thought I would never be able to finish, I hope it looks cool. I enjoyed painting a snowy background....the weather is so hot right now, I felt like I could touch the snow to get colder a little bit haha !As I said, here are Agent Fox Mulder and Agent Dana Scully probably looking for the yeti in some strange place...and as always, one can wonder why on earth did Scully follow Mulder again ...

Of course I finished it and it was a real challenge, especially now I know that people like the show so I did not want to mess it up. I'm veryyyy happy that you find it better than line (it would have been a shame otherwise xD I mean : if it looked worse after so much time spent on it LOL)

indeed but it's a little bit scary too...you never know if people will keep following you if you change the theme of your art. Because they're people who follow you for your style and appreciate your work in general and other who truly don't care about your style and are only interested in the subject/theme...

Well, hopefully you'll have enough good loyal followers who will appreciate what you do regardless of the subject as long as it's good. And honestly, madam, you're good enough that you really don't need to worry about this. That's something lowly shrimps like me have to care about, and that's not even my main priority. I'm past the point where I draw stuff just to get attention or keep people happy. The most important thing is drawing what makes YOU happy.

haha thanks, don't get me wrong I'm not obsessed with what people think...if I were not happy about my art, I would not be drawing at all but it kinda makes you doubt. Because it's not only a sign of popularity (that I don't care) but helps you to see if you improved too...
it's a tricky thing :
I mean : when you have an "not-so-good" painting that you made quickly and is not totally finished which got hundreds of favorites and comments AND you have another painting that you find very good on which you spent days and nights and is technically very well done but they're only 3 people who took time to leave a message and a dozen who faved it ... it makes you wonder where you did wrong or if you're even able to evaluate your art (even if the real explanation is that the popular painting has a Legolas on it or an Edward from Twilight... lol)

Yeah, it's frustrating and I understand where you're coming from, but that's deviantART for you. Just gotta use common sense, take everything with a grain of salt, and lower your expectations.

C'est encore mieux en couleur, bravo, ils sont très chouettes. (mais pourquoi elle a une lampe de poche alors qu'il fait jour ?)

En tout cas merci, je suis contente que la couleur te plaise, comme toujours j'ai peur que ça gâche le dessin donc je suis pas hyper rassurée au départ.
Pour la lampe de poche ...on va dire qu'elle pointait quelque chose ou un truc du genre. Au départ je voulais faire un gros téléphone des années 90 mais c'était pas terrible.

Le BG ne fait pas spécialement fantasy, il fait sauvage, mais pas forcément "extra-terrestre".
