WHY CAN'T I HOLD ALL THESE PANS?!
In all seriousness, I like this, regardless of the small flaws it has.
Let's start with the fingers. The fingers seem posed correctly, but a big too strong w/ the right hand's thumb so it looks like its clipping into the hand. The other hand has the same issue, but from the view the clipping is less visable.
I like the lighting effects and it looks great! Keep it up.
The face... that mann. faic.... It looks like your using a HWM model; which is a good thing since when used correctly, it is more powerful for face posing. The lips look sort've weird thou; simular to the issue with the thumbs on the hand. Tone down the strength of the face poser (a steady 0.5 works well) so face posing looks more real (or at least not Rubberfruit craziness)

His fingers are really awkward and the lighting, to me, is a bit strange. He also looks like an emotional-less robot. There's some clipping on the left (his right) arm with the grenade. What I would recommend is using lamps to give the picture a mood, give him some expression instead of looking like a plain robot, fix the fingers, watch out for clipping, and don't make him look so stiff. I love the idea you put out and I applaud you for it. I hope you make more better screenshots for the public to enjoy. Your poses look very promising.
