just how clever were my words
if I've lost a friend?
done with soluble watercolor pencil on Bockingford watercolor paper 190gsm.
all other cards will be done using the same medium.
floral brush by *ro-stock
koi japanese brush by *darkgarden
reference photo from this [link] by ~Kaywa . i changed the expression of the girl a little to fit the haiku.
pout and sulk after a row with best friend...

yes it was hard, searched the internet for inspiration using different keywords and did a couple of concept sketches 
and do you know, that was the only J haiku i found in the whole haikuwrimo galore! 
this is one of my few favorite cards! thank you for your haiku!
