It's Squirrel Girl again, this time with a veritable cascade of squirrels! I did this one a few months ago, and just now decided to scan and submit it. I was experimenting with color, and it had... well, varying levels of success. The foreground and background are pretty much two completely different drawings/paintings, but that's what experiments are for, right?And with God as my witness, I will never draw the official, Marvel-designed Squirrel Girl costume.

Anyone who has seen "Willard" or read "3 Skeleton Key" should have a good idea of how dangerous thousands of focused, fearless Rodents could be. If presented in a Willard-like fashion, she could be a terrifying addition to the Jessica Jones series.

All I want to see from characters like squirrel girl is them summoning some form of army. You don't need a speech bubble to know she's yelling something akin to "Fly my furry compatriots! Attack in the name of justice, good will and the willing suspension of disbelief!"

Yeah, that's the one. I don't like it. Although, I wonder if I was too hasty with my words. Now I'll always wonder if I should draw that costume, just to see how it'd come out if I gave it a go. But I said "never," and God was my witness. So if I draw it, I'm screwed.
