I dont understand. Its just like switching orbs the usual way. Try the start button changer [link] for example

i renamed my explorer with start orb to explorer_1
now that i want to use it again i cannot use it..
i do can rename it back to explorer but it does not apply
still no orbs???

It removes the startorb on Ur computer on all user accounts. Which VS U are using doesn't matter.

How do you remove the date and time from the taskbar, like in your picture?

Click at show hidden sys icons. Choose customize then select Turn system icons on or off. After that U can turn off Ur clock.
