i love the blue-eyness. i guess i may have made the wavey bits a bit less creamy.. but then again it'd look less lively if it were all blueish, so yeah...
i think the lines across look really effective too, and i think vector is your new-found mojo. Aswell as the pantings.
i can't get over how oober the eye + hair looks
