This is a concept coloring of ToastieMan 's maverick Bunker Cicada from the Megaman X9 Maverick creation contest. He'll also be appearing in the upcoming fangame "Megaman X: Variable Zero" by Dracula9AntiChapel . You can hear Bunker Cicada's theme here . I hope you like it.
