Description
An OTS concept theme revolving around user-configurable hotspots at the four screen corners to toggle z-order of the bars. Configuration via theme popup offers many options for any screen corner, including toggle top-bar z-order, toggle winamp/system bar show/hide, toggle both, VWM switching commands, popups, winamp show, gather, etc.... Uses layercuts, so this theme will require Win2000 or XP.Update 7/9/03 - Fixed some shortcuts, changed the task system to TASKBAR3.DLL and the shortcut menus to BPOPUP2.DLL. Also added 2 RainMeter skins (so you don't have to download Sysmetrix, although I'd recommend it). Enjoy!

I feel ashamed took me nearly 6 moth before finding this theme .............. i must say that i was using NonDisjunction, witch is a really well made theme too, but this ... omg it beat them all in my mind the functionality, versality, and that grey and blue look ... its well thought and even more its simply a MrBiotech signed theme. I just love the round spere in the corner i think ive seen that in almost 3 or 4 theme (aston and LiteStep mixed).

Coffeegrinds, unfortunately, the only way to resolve it requires a little manual alteration of your step.rc file (one of the caveats of LiteStep). Using your favorite text-editor, look for a subsection of the STEP.RC file titled POPUP. Alter the lines reading NORMALFONT, TITLEFONT, and SELECTEDFONT (or something to that effect, sorry, it's been a while). You can place the filename (minus extension) of your favorite font behind any of these. Experiment, find what works for you, then let me know what you decide.

this is probably a stupid ? ive only been using litestep for a few hours but is there a way of changing the font size my res is 1024. now ive read where people say to change somthing in the theme.rc and step.rc but i still stupid with all that

One of the slickest themes I've ever come across. This is the sort of stuff you show off to all your friends. It's a bit buggy, tho...

Ahh, I see what the problem is... you have to create a new folder under the Litestep\Themes folder, name it Singularity, then unzip to that folder. No big deal. Theme looks and works beautifully.

To the unenlightened, this is not a Visual Style theme...it's a Litestep theme. Litestep is a Windows Shell replacement...it doesn't skin your windows. Scoll up to the top-right of this page...under the Software heading. There's a small description of Litestep, plus a link to a more detailed page.

I love it, I just wish i knew how to install it. I have Windows XP, but I cant seem to get it to work because it isnt a .Theme file... can you help me?

v0.002 is in the works- going to replace the mzscript.dll (banjo version) to the typical 0.90 and attempt to reduce some of the step.rc's sloppiness for a possible increase in load efficiency. Glad you're liking it!

I have never wished for a Love Deviation! vote so much in my life.
Install was a breeze. I didn't have to modify any config files or the step files. It's intuitive, it's got everything I need, and it's gorgeous!
