Von Strauss first became an intergalactic criminal when he freed his people from the tyrannical rule of the Hellbugs. Next he boarded a warship to slaughter a gang of Hellbugs which interfered with a treaty between them and the planet Zirkon7. He has time and time again fought for what he felt was right only to be told by galactic governments that he was a war criminal. For eons earth has been a refuge for alien species as long as they could blend in to the populace and therefor Von Strauss headed to the tiny, dirty planet.

Viktuur Von Strauss' powers include super-strength and a vast knowledge of many alien species and their languages including the Hellbugs whom many have never gotten close enough to discover.
