I bought a wooden foil 10mm thick, (height 120cm for a 110cm keyblade) I made the drawing of the weapon and cut it out of the wood with the jigsaw, did the details with rasp and scalpel and completed with spray paint, the chain is plushie XD 't was hard work but pleasant **
