Whee, I got inspired by the amazing D'espairsRay concert last sunday and decided to draw Tsukasa, the drummer.Well actually it's just a submission to tell you guys, that I'm still alive.
I'm so busy at the moment with my japanese classes and have absolutely no time for drawing anything
Also the Tsukasa pic is just quick scribble blah. Took me about 3 hours and well...actually I like it but my scanner ate all the shadings.
I seriously ask myself why I actually take the time for shading - my scanner kills it anyway ;_____;

yea, scanners always kill shadings, sometimes i just submit my art before its done cuz with the scanner u wont see the shading anyway

yeah, this pretty much blew me away. i love the way that, whith the exception of the eye, all of the features are only very lightly defined. becuse of this, that eye's exctremaly striking, what with the way that it's just so much darker than the fair skin. the nostril also does alot to help place the features of the face while brining in the dark elements of the background into the image itself.
thee's something deliciously eeirie about the choice of colour; the green tone gives it a really 'otherwordly' look anf the fine texture of the hair is just super.

Too bad with the shades, scanners are just plain evil, yes they are. But the shading I can see is good, so the original drawing must be fantastic
The eye is so beautiful, you really caught the hard angle to perfection and the lips are just beautiful too

Yuu take the time because it's even more eye candeeish in real life xD I know I do, my pics go through a hell of a lot of image editing in the cop programs and stuff because of the scanner's bleh-ness factor xD
