That is a German furry forum. Something similar to the Lion King page where you was, just about furries and fictional animal characters and fursonas.

No not really, if you go out in a fursuit and it is not carnival it is more a terrifying thing for most people and very confusing.
People also look at me and I only wear a fox tail.

Maybe I should start wearing a tail. If people are going to look at me funny, I might as well have a reason for them too. I have a meerkat tail in the works already.

I'm no longer living with my parents so I can wear whatever I want now. Back when I still lived with my parents, my mom said she would only let me wear a meerkat tail (or tail of any kind) when it wasn't Halloween to the psychiatrist's office. She's always hated the idea of furries and when I tried to tell her it was no different than a Star Treck convention, she said there's something off about people who go to Star Treck conventions too. Sheesh! Yet this is the same lady who told me it was perfectly acceptable in kindergarten to color my elephant purple when everyone else was coloring their's black and got backlash from everyone but her for it.

Maybe she thought it is ok for a small kid to paint things different from how it looks in reality. Maybe she would say something else now. I don´t know.
I always wear a tail, I feel strange without one by now XD
But elephants are grey and not black. I wonder what´s wrong with people, either they also should not watch Disney films then XD

Have you ever seen the cartoon: "Arthur" and the episode where he gets chicken pox? His family is going to go to the circus on the weekend and in art class he paints a circus scene. One girl tattles on another girl for painting her trees the wrong color. The teacher comes over looks at them and tells the girl they are lovely and they can use any color they want and points out that "Arthur's" circus elephants are blue. Arthur's painting comes to live and apparently it's just a fever induced hallucination. That was never my art teacher or any teacher I ever had. Even my "nice" teachers" were "color accuracy nazis".

You really must have been on the wrong school.
I think I know which cartoon you are refering from, because I have seen it during I lived with my dad and his wife and locked myself in my room and watched TV all days.
Arthur always reminded me on Florian because he sometimes was as stubborn and also was wearing glasses. And he kinda didn´t like his little sister and saw her as an annoying mutt which Florian did see in me too.
Anyway, maybe another school would have been better for you. I have no idea how many schools you have ever visited but teachers like that you had are not common.
