This composition came together using several different photo's.. I'm pretty happy with this one and It may be the first in a series of images...The Blue tone represents sadness and despair and bluring was intentionally used to divert the eyes to particular area's of the image..

The overall blue tone in this does it for me. The intentional blurring sways me to and fro, making sure my eyes capture everything there is to offer! This is a wonderful piece!

i'd imagine his nudity represents vulnerability; certainly an important aspect of
this piece...
i like how the angel is touching/shadowing him simultaneously...

Awesome, I was looking for something along these lines to use as a stock photo screenshot with a poem that I wrote (Dear Angel ) but I just ended up doing some crappy manip of a couple of photos. But anyway, I really REALLY like this. The manip is done really well and I like the blurriness between the angel's robes and his back (as well as angel's hands and his neck)... as if they are the same person.

like the blue, like the blurring (is it Gaussian Filter?? or another technique??) love the very deep black of the angel slap bang in the middle. The window is great too. If this was Sepia toned it would be akin to a Julia Margaret Cameron... nice one.. great shot.

Very nice, the blue tones really make this piece outstanding....gives you a feeling of peace, but melancholy at the same time....almost like the person is troubled, and the guardian angel is giving comfort. Can't even tell that this is a mix of images, they are blended wonderfully. Like the composition as well....good use of space.
