I found myself alone in a room; bored out of my life, so I picked up my philosophy notebook, got my mech pencil and drew my current obsession: Sam Gideon. (sorry if the lines are annoying, I'll try to fix that later on)

I can't get this guy out of my mind. I swear. >____< He's the main character for an upcoming game called Vanquish published by Sega. The game's directed by Shinji Mikami, the same director for the RE games.

The story is set in the near future. Russia and the United States are vying for ownership of the world’s fast-depleting energy resources and the US has constructed a space station in order to harness energy from the sun. Russian forces capture this space station and divert its harvested solar energy into a blast wave that destroys San Francisco, aiming to force the US into a total and unconditional surrender. In response, the US tasks its armed forces with recapturing the space station before the Russians can annihilate their next target – New York. The player will take control of Sam (voiced by Gideon Emery in the English version), a government agent kitted out with a futuristic battlesuit.

There's a demo out in the PS3 and Xbox 360 so try it. You will be... I don't even have words to describe its awesomeness.
