Definitely the insides would hurt a bit but I think the skeletal shrinking and shifting (some expanding) would be the most painful.. there is not a single place in the body that would not be affected. Think about the face! Cheekbones and the teeth moving not to mention the brow and oh, skull shrinkage that compresses the brain.
