Description
Akane had grown suspicious over Ranma's disappearance the night before, sure she may have outwardly displayed disdain for the young martial artist that she was betrothed too, but she still was his-or hers- to be and it'd dishonor her fathers wishes to at least not try to find Ranma. Together with her older sisters Kasumi and Nabiki, they went off exploring the strange "Spiders layer" that the cursed pigtailed fighter was said to be exploring.

None of the Tendo sisters found 'Ranko', at least didn't reach her cocoon in time, as the spider queen who captured the cursed martial artist to make her personal bride, made sure to prevent anyone to rival her planned marriage. She didn't realize who she cocooned however but it wouldn't matter in the end as even Akane's skills in martial arts couldn't free her nor her sisters from their silken prisons.

While she and Nabiki were rather upset and uncomfortable with the webbing covering over their entire bodies, Kasumi seemed a bit too comfortable about it. She couldn't help it really, she always liked soft and fluffy things and despite their circumstances the cocoon she was restrained in definitely felt relaxing to her. "Cheer up you two." She tried reassuring them, "I'm sure Ranma might be able to find us. She'll know what to do about this."
