The coloring, stance, pose and expression are all fantastic. I love this piece... i think you could enhance it a smidge by hewing off a bit of the top of her hair.. Seems a a bit long.. I think, proportinally, I'd make the part in her hair much shorter and bring the top part of her hair down by a few inches...
Just a helpful critique... And that is a stretch for trying to nit pick.
