It looks amazing!
Not only the face is drawn in a seemingly realistic yet very appealing style but the angle in which you presented it is greatly done!
The shading, in my opinion, is what makes this piece go beyond great. Your style, your mix with rough and smooth shading, is wonderful and the shading of light/shadow gives it a special touch.
