Honestly speaking: Your work in a whole is amazing!
Three facts amazed me : how the colors were well chosen, well proportionned, no mistake in the shadow game (or to be simple, you were completely logic in every shade of color you did use!)
I'm not a huge Manga artist, but I saw may and this one is definitely one of the most well done!
I think alos that the fact you chose colors that complete each other is a really good point, it gave a very bright and light aspect to the characters. the lines aren't overdone, which gave the girl a fluid aspect, very gentle, graceful and cute. I totally loeved the fishes too! I mean in first I thought it was a part of the dress before I gave it a second look.
AND of course the roses in the side, or the red touch in the main picture is appealing, in first you think it's unnoticable but it is, like the character's blue eyes is. It's make sure that the viewers won't be really distracted by the orange and blue to see that other colors are there too, other aspects are in the picture which consist the background. The shadow placement and highlights show exactly where the sun is. Very nice.
I love the her pose! I haven't seen so much movement in a drawing for quite some time! I didn't go higher (and I do this to all,) because this another's character. Of course you did really good with the character. Nice work.
I still love the "bubble creation" and what you did with the hands. I'm not sure if you meant to have the hands the way I thought, but I think of her right hand as waving. A nice touch.
You did really well with such bright colors. It's very difficult to have such bright colors work together, but you managed. I love how you show the dark side of the dress too. It feels... more realistic.
Overall, the colors and expressions show a beautiful day and a happy, perhaps "bubbly" character.

The colors of the image remind me of autumn leaves. The eyes are beautiful and shimmer. The dress is awesome.

I do not who this character is but she is beautiful and awesome.

anyone who can draw anime has an excellent technique (at least the good kind like this).

I love everything in this and congrats on the DD but I think you should have played with values a bit so the background wouldn't feel like it was glued to the character , if I kinda made sense there...

Great artwork! Character is beautifully designed to be cute, without overdoing things. Great use of complimentary colors (orange and blue). The setup makes her eyes really pop out to the viewer, making them look very beautiful. There's things going on in the scene that give a feeling of live without overdoing things.
