I never woulda thought of 5x6 (my friend got me into the movie by bribing me with 2x5 pictures so that was my main ship for a while), but I can seriously believe it and it's absolutely adorable! (They're both absolute woobies anyway. They can mope together.)

Seriously adorable and absolutely gorgeous. Such amazing shading; I work primarily in digital art so I'm out of practice with traditional work anyway but I could never achieve something like this!
The fine crosshatching is so incredibly well-done. Their textures look downright 3D. I want to touch them and pick them up and put them on my desk. (Maybe that's a little creepy. I'm sorry.)

Being a pretty energetic and overenthusiastic guy myself I can say that 6's pose is pretty much down pat. That little spring in his step is just the perfect touch, along with 5's slight surprise and nervousness. For some reason I think 5's wiggly, shaky fingers are just the perfect little detail. So cute!
I like how 5 looks like he's stepping back a little, afraid of 6 crashing into him. (Which he probably will. God knows he'll get ink all over his buddy, too.)

The fine little details are just so perfect, I honestly can't think of much of a critique. Nevertheless I find a gentle pointer a staple of every comment I make, so I'll just say that 6's right leg (that is, on our left, the one stretched in front of him) is a bit short and uneven compared to his left, and his foot could be upturned just a little more lest he crush his poor little toes.
That's pretty much it!

Keep up the lovely work! : D Your art is just so good, I have to give your gallery a quick peek...

P.S. It is good that I routinely click the "Download" button on everything, because otherwise I would have missed the attention to shading and I would have a poor version for my 9 picture collection on my hard drive!

HOLY GOD THANK YOU, FOR ONE THING. hmmm, you're rather right about that leg thing. i always thought something was wrong with it...sigh.

i pretty much live on traditional...everything. ahem. but, digital stuff...really not my thing...though I'd like to be able to do it properly. prolly not good that i still don't know anything pertaining to photoshop, heh.

again, thank you. thank you thank you very much! this is the longest, most in-depth comment i've ever recieved *sniff* it made me very happy and i now feel fairly better about my art then i was a second ago. artist's block anyone? ickno.
