It's good, but the Final Fantasy fan inside of me wants to nit-pic a little. But, before that, I'll point out the good aspects of this. One: I actually find it quite humorous because it really does seem like FF characters follow a formula to be main characters. The coloring's very nice and everything is where it should be(I especially liked the hat you gave Squall). Now for the nit-picking. I know it has no real consequence on the work as a whole, but Squall didn't have the scar when he was a kid(He got it in the opening CGI cutscene of FF8). Also, and for the record I think the original design of young Tidus was stupid, young Tidus had brown hair for whatever reason(Looks pretty blond when he's older though). Just a technical and color thing. But aside from those two very minor things, this actually holds up very well.

i'll second that...very annoying...i don't think the real Tidus would let Riku beat him....but then again...
he ALMOST looks cool (but that's cause he is surrounded by awesome characters lol) it's all about who you know XD

It's not just that. In FFX, young Tidus was... well, the only way I can describe him properly would be to call him a little bitch. Not very strong, but talks until someone slaps him. Then he cries. Then someone yells at you for hitting him but he deserved every bit of it and they know it.

X-2 was crap, from what I've heard. FF X is an interesting case. Usually, there's something absurdly wrong with each FF game(I was not giving you ANY direction(I WISH I was being hyperbolic) VII was missing key elemental magic, VIII... "Draw"... Enough said... XII was... XII... that game was just... ugh...). However, in X, there are a multitude of minor problems that make it appear like a bad game, even though the gameplay is very solid.
Problems that I've seen:
1) The scripting is bad and good at the same time. There are just some really awful lines in the story, but the overall story is amazingly brilliant. It really throws me off to be honest.
2) The voice acting is horrid. Some lines are paced inappropriately, often leading to very fast speaking that is out of place. Also: Auron was originally meant to be a very sarcastic character(in-game dialogue suggests this a lot) but the voice actor is WAY too serious(although, to be fair, he improved in KH2).
3) The lip-syncing is nonexistent. It seems to be that the company responsible for the switch from Japanese to English either forgot or just didn't bother to sync the lip movements with the voice acting making most cutscenes very awkward.
Although these things may seem to make the game out to be bad, they're actually very minor and the game as a whole is great. I'd recommend that you pick it up sometime. Oh, and Yuna isn't wearing hot-pants anymore and is actually a respectable character.

thank god! no more hot pants!!!
rikku maybe...but not yuna...
although i must say...12...i actually liked...i liked the free feild movement we were given, even though i know a lot of people don't like it...
and as for draw.....
I NEVER USED IT!!!!!!

Actually, it's more like "No more formal wear" considering X2 takes place AFTER X. Still, no hot pants. Rikku has much shorter hair in X and doesn't have any monkies this time, which is a minus for me.
I really hated XII. It felt too much like an MMO for me. Also, it got to the bizarre point to where I couldn't kill anything without doing the gimmicky limit breaks that they had.
That's the whole gimmick of 8 though. You draw to get magic and if you don't, you're up shit creek without a paddle. It's not that the drawing was the only bad part: I hated that when you killed something with a summon, the summon got the EXP and you didn't. It felt like someone had date-raped me while I was trying to level up.
