This one's kinda random.
Sakura's trying to surprise Naruto with a nice afternoon lunch. Only Naruto's just finished with his training and accidentally collapses on her in exhaustion.
Slightly annoyed that he overworked himself (and that her plans were ruined), Sakura quickly tries to heal her precious baka.

What a romantic setting! Oh, I'm sure Sakur isn't too unhappy with the way things turned out. He is shirtless after all. He'll be up and around afain in no time. NAruto's pants look kind of tight and boy is that grass tall, but the spatial relations are perfect again, and I love how much you can gain just from Sakura's surprised eyes.
