I walked for months with the idea of creating a tophat as a hotel. Took me long time till I finally figured out how I wanted to create it...should I draw it all...should I photomanipulate it? After several dissappointements of finding the right stock on the net I decided to look for my stock during my walks in the forest. I finally found great objects to photograph. The dragon head is actually a whole piece of treebark. I did not have to create that part so I was lucky. Also here I struggled most with the perspective...I guess it's my weak spot. But seriously...HOW the heck should one find the vanishing point in the forest....sighs. I know the perspective techniques I learned from traditional drawing but when it comes to objects that are not strict geometric figures, it's harder...for me. So I will keep learning on that matter or become as Escher...messing up my wholeeee perspective and make super art))
