Gotta love that artwork! I like the addition of multiple electric type Pokémon, and Lucario too. Never expected that. All the effects, the lightning and rain, work very well together.

Whoa! That looks AWESOME!! The pose reminds me of The Lion King, and the effects of the rain and lightning create an epic atmosphere to complement Raikou's legendary status! I also love the way its mane cackles with electricity. This may be the best Raikou drawing I've ever seen!
