Description It's my brother's birthday today!!!!!

I drew this card for him!! But he's at school so he hasn't seen it yet ;3

I thought I'd surprise him with a Star Ocean card and then a few days after I started it he requested a Star Ocean card so now he's expecting it XDDDDD He ruined the surprise!!!! XD

And these characetsr have such detailed outfits! I was staring at my ref pics like this: O-O So I have like ... a cut down version of their outfits. XD

Anyway, adorable card! I love making cards for my friends and family too, I went through a phase of buying them but it really pisses me off when you buy a friend a card you think they'll like and they say 'oh, I've got three of this card now.' Daaaaaarrrrr.
