Coloured with some pencils and the scanner ate it.
Anyway - have fun with The Doctor, Sherlock and Merlin and with their scarves, of course.

It was really hard, 'cause I didn't have a reference when I drew this. So the colours of the stripes are a little different but anyway - the scarf of Four was somehow the part I liked most.
