i personally prefer spirited away or princess mononoke. i like the darker, more violent theme of the movies. totoro was cute, but it wasn't all in my taste. still good though, all of Miyazaki's movies are great! i also happen to really like castle in the sky. c:

i'm actually not really into anime. the ony ones ive watched and enjoyed a good amount are Death Note, Ginga: Densetsu Weed (or the prequel Ginga: Nagareboshi Gin), Vampire Knight, obviously Pokemon, and one other that's slipping my mind at the moment. :c the Ginga one is the most original i think. wild dogs fighting basically. easy for me to like because i like drawing wolves and other things of the sort. it's a very likeable show, rather bloody though, mostly serious. Vampire Knight is mostly serious, bloody obviously, because vampires, but it does have quite a lot of funny jokes. neither of those have official english dubs though. Death Note is well known, and has an official dub, and lots of people have seen it, so yeh xD
