Appearance: At an average 6'3", Wes has no distinguishable features that would cause him to stand out in a day-to-day situation, save for the two large horns that protrude from the top of his head, in addition to the two goat like ears underneath. These features can be attributed to a malfunction in the dittech's hologram function. When confronted about them, Wesley often brushes them off as "accessories", and that he adorns these fake horns to advertise the Gogoat Shuttles that trot about Lumiose City.
Personals
Personality:
「+」Hardworking: Wes takes his work seriously, wether it be in or out of the kitchen. If any product of his work is subpar, Wes will give 110% and try to make sure that his work conforms to his standards.
「+」Sprightly: Wes is very quick on his feet, and gets around easily. This helps him a ton in the kitchen, and can be attributed to him being a gogoat, which are inherently nimble.
「+」Even Tempered: Wes isn't controlled by his emotions, and can make educated and reasonable decisions in situations of duress. Never easily intimidated, Wes always views every situation on an equal standing (however, he has the habit of valuing his viewpoints over others).
「+」Sociable: Wes functions well in crowds of people, and can situate himself amongst almost any crowd of people. In fact, he's very fond of people, and would rather hang around within the company of others rathen than confine himself to a secluded state.
「+ / -」Honest: Wes is, in no way whatsoever, afraid to say what's on his mind. He's always open with people, and never holds back on his opinion of them, regardless of their relationship. Of course, depending on what Wes thinks of a person will affect what comes out of his mouth.
「-」Overprotective: A habit created by the absence of a father growing up. He felt it necesarry to act as an overprotective figure in the life of his brother, and does the same with people that he grows close to.
「-」Impulsive: Wes does things before he realizes the repercussions that the actions carry, often based off of his own opinions. Combined with the fact that he's highly opinionated, Wes often regrets many of his actions.
「-」Hard-Headed: Wes values his opinions over those of others, and often remains unwavering. Unless offered some form of proof, Wes doesn't feel the need to conform to the opinions of others.
「-」Self Councious: Wes has too giant horns on top of his head. These are perhaps the most apparent aspects of his appearence, being the side affects of a Dittech malfunction. Because Wes wants to blend in with humans so badly, he often ends up claiming that the horns and ears are in fact props, however each remark made about them often cause a great deal of anxiety and stress, thus making him more and more self concious about how he appears towards others.
History:
As far back as Wesley can remember, he was raised by his mother, with no clear signs of any father figure in his life. According to her, Wesley's father was killed in a freak landslide the year after the birth of his younger brother, however, he chooses to take this bit of information with a grain of salt. His mother gew to instill herself as a protective figure towards him. As they traveled across Kalos, Wes would often listen in rapture as his mother detailed the wonderful life that her aging trainer, Kim, had provided for her. Kim had bred Wes' mother with a Donphan, yeilding an egg. The egg hatched, revealing a small Skiddo by the name of Wes. Kim decided to release his family to the wild, in hopes that they could live out the typical life of a pokemon, as opposed to living in captivity alongside a pokemon trainer. Two years after being released, Wesley's younger brother Donovan was born (and the year afterwards, as mentioned earler, Wesley's father passed).
As a child, Wesley grew resentful of his father's absence. He never really understood why his father was gone, and of course grew jealous of the father figures present in the lives of his several childhood friends. Because of this, he felt it inegral to instate himself as a "father-like figure" to his older brother, thus bolstering his overprotective nature.
With the onset of the Dittech, Wes' mother knew that this device would make it much easier to take care of her family, under the guise of humans. Wes' mother attained the device, and soon Started working at Restaurant Le Yeah. She wanted to teach Wes everything that she knew about baking, however they encountered one extreme hinderance towards this plan. A particular malfunction in the Dittech that gave Wes two extrremely inconspicuous pairs of horns. Instead of cowering in fear, however, Wes chose to take this mishap by the horns, quite literally, and became "that guy who wears fake horns all the time". Of course, living in constant fear that someone might discover the true nature of these appendages has caused a great deal of stress and anxiety towards Wes.
Now a young man, Wes works full time at Restaurant Le Yeah as a chef, while his mom and brother live in a small cottage near the outskirts of Route 5. At the moment, Wesley wants to help others (in a slightly overprotective way), as well as to succesfully integrate into human society, while still keeping strong connections with his family back home.
Extras:
He loves eating food almost as much as he loves making it. (In fact, the best way to get on his good side would be to offer him food)
He's afraid of heights.
The bandana he wears is a gift from his brother. He rarely takes it off unless he feels like it's going to get damaged.
He loves working with children, due to the experience he's recieved while working with his younger brother. In fact, if any child happens to ask a question about his horns, his reaction will be exempt of any of the contempt or anxiety that would have accompanied the question if it were asked by an adult.
He isn't very good at coming up with creative insults.
Baking serves as a coping method to deal with the surmounting stress and anxiety that arises because of his "fake horns".

Role-Play Example:
Wesley: The brunette let out an audible sigh as he slouched back into the booth seat of an unfamiliar restaurant. Waiting for his food to be delivered, he leaned forward and watched as rain drops pitter-pattered against the window. "Ugh. This's been such a long day". While fixated on the window, Wes did happen to catch his reflection in the window, noting the large pair of horns which he had the misfortune of lugging around every single day. He turned around, back to the amiable atmosphere of the restaurant, full of bright lights and happy customers conversing with one another. In the periphery of his vision he could see the typical curios figure averting their vision. Of course, people were bound to stare. However, this did nothing more for the young pokehuman but compound upon his original sense of unease. He could feel his hands nervously start to twiddle amongst themselves, absentmindedly playing with cutlery or poking at the old leather that he had slouched upon. He was tired. Tired and lethargic. And he wanted the day to end.
