I drew this ENTIRELY WITH MY NEW, WONDERFUL TABLET... [<3]Anywho, this is an OC for a story I'm going to eventually write. She doesn't have a name yet, I'm thinking Sara, though, and I have a bit of the story plotted out. She's, as the title implies, the daughter of the mayor of a town. An assassin guy is sent to kill the mayor, and on his way out she catches him (doesn't know her dad's dead, though) and he has at least a few morals and is like "dammit, can't kill her" so he kidnaps her instead.

So yeah... the stuff behind the windows is a screenshot from Oblivion, so copyright that to Bethseda Softworks and crap, but the rest I actually did! Yes, folks, I spent time on a freakin' background!

Isn't it amazing? I have a tablet, but it's three years old and dying. :d
This is really neat, it's cool that you challenged yourself to create a background. I like the details like the blurred castle thing and tree, it gives the picture depth.
If you don't mind, I have a bit of critique though. For instance, the face is a bit too long, the chin in particular. And the mouth is a bit off. I like the hair, but it could use some more highlights and tones (don't be afraid to mix in some of the colours from the surrounding environment) to make it more lively. The flower also. :]
Still, I wish I was patient enough to work on CG stuff. Ah envy you!

I didn't do much with the flower, that was kind of because I got lazy. xD
And yeah, her mouth bothers me a bit too, but again, laziness. I could have fixed it but I was like "meeeh, the skin layer is already colored. :C"
