Nicely drawn! Maybe try work on the colours? Like learning how to use complementary colours etc, what colour will make which colour stand out, and also try working on the shadow underneath your character? Its very cute and work on the shape of the legs maybe? Unless thats the kind of legs you want it to have ^^

Haha me too :] but now I've gotten decent at using the computer. It also depends on the programs you use, like I use Photoshop and Illustrator for my drawings on the computer, and Illustrator is one damn good program for outlining xD
