oh, mmm, I could but your best bet would be a vectorial tutorial you can find on the net,
you can use pen tool then return on the direct selection tool right click, stroke path
(will be the size of your brush)

well, it takes me seconds to make a sketche.
I could help you if you want, but I hope you understand that I don't have time to make lineart, which can take me hours.
you can help yourself on existent lineart on DA a reasearch of Lion king picture on the web, it helped me soooo much

did you find lion pics some special place or just google??? i'm not really good at exspressions because normal Lion faces are not so expressive and some lion poses
its also harder for me cuss i use a mouse X3 I have to get a tablet
either a bamboo tablet or Intuos 4 small

HM, I would get an Intuos if I where you,
You can draw with mouse, don't worry, just make the lineart using the pen tool(p)
close the lineart, make a selection of (outside your lion) expand the selection in select - modify, expand of... 2 points for a lineart of 4 points large, with your mouse and the pen tool, you can make the markings
It will be longer, but reaaaallly beautiful because well controled.
